Reservations & Appointments

Please call 925-461-0133 during salon hours for an appointment to suit your schedule. Victoria’s Salon requests 24 hours notice if cancellation is necessary.

Payments & Returns

We accept Cash, Master Card and Visa. Starting 9/1/25 there will be a 3% surcharge added to all credit card transactions. Returns are welcomed for store credit as long as they are in the original packaging, unopened and within 30 days of purchase.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are perfect for special occasions and are available in any denomination for all services. For your convenience, each certificate is packaged in an elegant gift bag. Services may be exchanged, though Victoria’s Salon does not provide cash refunds for gift certificates.

Children

Children are welcome when booked for service. For the safety of all concerned, Victoria’s Salon cannot be responsible for the supervision of clients’ families and friends.
